My Habitat aka Hostel

As im goin to be starting my semester 2 in another few days..i hope its not too late to show everyone where i stay in Indonesia..im really pleased with the place as i was expecting the worst before i flew over~*winks*

Everything is ok..except no HOT water..as the weather there is cold at night, without hot water, no mood to mandi.wakaka! Even in the morning waking up for 7am is a killer..then we normally have morning baths in Malaysia..In Indonesia, the thought of bathing in the morning rarely crosses my mind! haha..that sounds terrible, but itz true~hehe..so Cold~~*shivers*

OK! Now introducing the room! without anything of course..i cant possibly show you the state of my room now, as it might cause some weak-hearted people to have a serious attack..i cant't bare the consequences~

Year Baru 2009

its a whole new year all over again~ i hope itz a good one. currently stil having exams but wanted to slip in this post before the new year mood dissapears!

This year it was a little different, as i celebrated it far from home. At first, we had this boring idea to go to a shopping center (Jatinagor Square) nearby, i think i cant even call it a shopping center, try imagining GIANT. the place is lame. i have to admit though, that the stuff there are nice and cheap but the quality, DON ASK.

Guess wat! The planned failed. we went to Paris Van Java instead. Phew~ it was way cooler..we got lucky as we were headed to 'GIANT' for new year!~(ewww!) a wonderful green color vehicle called a taxi came by and was headed to Bandung. So, there we were not even thinking, hopped in the car. The whole 1 hour trip became a 2 hour trip but we reached before new year! hip hip hooray for the driver!

Deeparaya

Dinner with Malaysia's Ambasador in Indonesia~
we went for a really nice dinner at a hotel nearby called Puri Khatulistiwa in Jatinagor not long ago.. It was Enjoyable (performances were up to standards, my standards..hehe) and Disastrous too( diarrhoe)..but it was the company that made that night that much more special~As only some of the students were able to go for the dinner, others didn't get a chance, it was quite sad,they really wanted to go..
So, msg for the ambasador: Have a BIGGER dinner next time, with ALL the students~

what has happened so far..been wanting to blog for so long.now having the chance to blog..i cant think of what i want to pen down. there are too many things to say or do or tell..
first of all, it has been a hectic 2 weeks of exams..burning midnite oil, till there is no more oil to burn.im really happie itz over for now and we r goin SHOPPING~ yeaps..today at 9am~i cant wait!

Oh btw, my family came over to Indonesia to visit me during hari raya! had a really good time.we went for a total shopping spree..daddy came along *winks* Their impression of the hostel im living in : luxurious~, gosh! Im planning to beg for a motorbike soon~ i asked once, and they were still contemplating whether to buy it for me onot..now im going full force with my written essay on ' Pros and NO Cons of having a motorbike in Jatinagor'
